How does the product inspection process work?

Our technical specialist contacts the manufacturer to confirm the date, location, and inspection details, as well as verify that the products will be ready for inspection according to your technical specifications.

We conduct a quality inspection
If needed, we purchase the required testing equipment in advance. On the scheduled date, our specialist visits the factory and conducts the inspection according to your technical requirements. We prepare a detailed report with photo and video evidence and can arrange a live video call so you can see the goods in real time.

We oversee corrective actions
We agree with the manufacturer on deadlines and corrective measures for any identified issues. We request photo or video proof of the corrections, or, if necessary, arrange a follow-up inspection in coordination with you.

You receive the inspection report
We deliver a comprehensive written report with photo and video evidence. If needed, we coordinate the plan and date for a follow-up inspection to confirm that all issues have been corrected.
