We handle all documentation and assist in selecting a suitable office location
We’ll support you in China every step of the way — from company registration to opening your bank account
How does the company registration process work?
Submit your request — we’ll handle the entire process, from consultation to opening your bank account. All you need to do is approve the key decisions.
Planning Your Company Registration
We’ll start by discussing your business goals and help you choose the best location — whether in mainland China or Hong Kong. We’ll outline your business activities, operating structure, and the most efficient tax model. You’ll also get clear guidance on which documents are needed and how to prepare them properly — plus, we’ll help define your office requirements.
After the consultation, we’ll send you a commercial proposal and a service agreement. Once the contract is signed, we move on to preparing the incorporation documents. Depending on the founder’s status — whether an individual or a legal entity — we’ll arrange translation and notarization of personal IDs for key company representatives, or apostille and translation of corporate documents. At this stage, we also finalize and approve the company’s Articles of Association.
After confirming the city and registration district, we’ll shortlist three office options that meet your requirements and provide detailed photos and videos. We’ll then negotiate the lease terms with the landlord and prepare an English translation of the rental agreement. Once you arrive in China, you’ll sign the contract, and if needed, we’ll assist with setting up your office — arranging internet access, furniture, equipment, office supplies, and drinking water.
We’ll be with you on-site in the city of registration, taking care of all key procedures — from obtaining your business license and import–export permit to tax registration, customs filing, and company seal production. Together, we’ll choose the most suitable bank, prepare all necessary documents, and assist you in opening your main RMB settlement account.
After registration, you’ll receive two digital certificates and a complete set of incorporation documents and company seals. If you don’t plan to hire an in-house accountant right away, our team can handle your bookkeeping remotely. We’ll outline the exact scope of work and operations with you and our accounting expert before signing a service agreement for ongoing financial management.
Establishing a company in China allows you to manage your import and export operations independently — sign contracts directly, stay compliant with Chinese law, benefit from VAT refunds, and keep all supplier and pricing information strictly confidential.
